cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, you must immediately e-mail. Most orders will be shipped within 1-2 days after the order. Sent orders can not be canceled.

Your complete satisfaction is our top priority for the long term business between us, we offer the return and exchange instruction. Before you want to return items, please contact us by e-mail to the problem you need to discuss first. Most of the time we can solve the problem by giving technical support and you do not have to send anything back.
replacement
Within 7 days (from the date you receive the products), if you are not satisfied with the products in color or size, it can be returned and replaced under the following condition: 1.You must return the products in the original packaging to us to send (except try-out), you will pay the shipping fee.2.We will resend the products as soon as possible to you after your payment.
refunds
We will gladly give you back or exchange all merchandise as received with original package within 7 days of purchase (from the date products were received, and you will pay the shipping fee), if you find the products with quality problems, it can be returned and replaced. When we receive the products and make sure they are non-human factors or non-resistant external damages, we will replace them with new ones and send them to you again. We will pay the shipping costs for replacing products we provide to you.
In 7 days (from the date products were received), if you return a request of the purchased items because of the reasons for this, you must return the products in the original packaging to us (you will pay the shipping costs). When we receive the products intactly returned, in addition to the shipping costs, we will also charge a 15% re-stocking fee based on your order total amount and give you a partial refund.
For safety reasons, the precise timing of a delivery can not be specified. All deliveries require a signature to confirm receipt (for your own benefit, please inspect goods thoroughly before SIGNING).
Once delivered, the Product (s) ordered will be your property (provided they are fully paid) and your responsibility and, except for products that are damaged or defective when delivered or are not delivered correctly, we will not accept any liability for their loss, damage or destruction after they have been delivered.
